Chairman of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Martin has worked at the highest levels across all real estate sectors with developers, investors and occupiers, and has leadership and management experience of both the markets side of the industry and the professional and advisory side.
A property entrepreneur with experience across residential and leisure sectors in the UK and abroad, Robin is former MD/CEO of Barnard Marcus, Cluttons, and Hamptons, which he sold for £45m in 2005. Subsequently, Robin became co-owner of Countrywide (Sold 2021), Sotheby's International (Sold 2023) and, now, Foxtons.
Thijs has an impressive twenty-year career in commercial leadership. From managing teams across European markets to leading European property management firm. He masterfully directed global B2B distribution, overseeing all indirect revenue while contributing valuable insights as an executive board member.
Ro is a former management consultant who led consumer strategy at dmg media, driving
innovation across the UK's leading media brands, and served as Global Commercial Director
at IWG, the world's largest workspace platform.
He has a proven track record of identifying growth opportunities, launching new propositions,
and executing strategy at pace.

Previously an equity partner in Carter Jonas and a director at Savills before founding luxury estate agency firm Croft where client support and going the extra mile was crucial to the business success.
